The founding directors of ACÁ, Marie Pruden and Wendee Hill, are assisted by the all women ACÁ board of directors (half Mexican and half expatriates). All of the ACÁ site manager/trainers are local Mexican women. Past students operate the Eco-Training Center, and a strong base of volunteers helps support us administratively.
